When you decide to work with me, here is the process we will follow:
Fill out form below with your contact information, the best time to contact you, the type of editing service required (See the Services link for details.). If you are not ready to become a client, choose the FREE first chapter edit.
I will contact you within 24 hours, discuss your needs and then provide you with an editorial agreement* that includes the quote for services. Sign it and return it to me via email or snail mail.
Then send me a Microsoft Word version of your manuscript that is double-spaced and divided into chapters. If you have sent me a non-disclosure agreement to sign, do not send the manuscript to me until I have returned a signed non-disclosure agreement to you.
Provide me your deadline date. I will do my best to meet your reasonable request or find a date that works for us both. It generally takes 14 days to edit a 250 - 350 page manuscript.
Once the agreement and fee are received, I will review and edit your manuscript using the Microsoft Word Track Changes feature. This feature will allow you to see my suggested changes, so that you can accept or reject them.
Once the first edit is complete, I will return your manuscript. You will review my suggested changes and accept or reject them. You may email me or call me with any questions or concerns. Once you have accepted the changes, you will return the manuscript to me once more for a final edit. Once the final edit is back in your hands and you indicate that you are satisfied; I will send an invoice via Paypal to your email address.
I will provide a positive review for you on Amazon, Good Reads or Barnes and Noble and will post a link to the review on my FaceBook and Twitter pages.
*Note: If you'd like, I can sign your non-disclosure agreement.
